The best Thai in Springfield and it’s just not close. I have nothing remotely bad to say about the other more established spots in town, but the authenticity here can’t be denied. This is the level of quality and depth of flavor that I seek out and can usually only find in Saint Louis, Chicago, or other larger cities. The flavor profile of the pad krapow is eye-popping in the best way possible. The yellow curry is rich and wonderfully balanced. The chicken tom kha is simply the best I’ve ever had. I’m not a big crab rangoon guy (put the pitchforks away, please), but my girlfriend (rangoon worshipper) and I agreed that they are the most enjoyably crisp that we’ve had from a restaurant here. Finish with the mango sticky rice! Prices are very reasonable. The inside of the restaurant itself is a fun and very casual vibe. The owner is a gem. She is clearly very passionate about what she’s doing, and that’s evident in the quality of her food. All of the staff I’ve talked to have been great. FYI: I understand it can get quite backed up in there now and again, and for good reason. Know that your patience will be rewarded.

I have visited here a few times before making a review. The restaurant is small but quiet. The staff I have encountered have been nothing but pleasant. We have enjoyed every dish we have tried. The spice level, it is definitely enough to be enjoyed of you like spicy food. Don't underestimate their scale lol. The place is small but very homey. Things can be on the slower side sometimes but is worth the wait. Everything tastes rather fresh and of good quality. Higher quality than your typical small Asian restaurant. I firmly believe your patience is rewarded at Hello Thailand.

First time to visit the restaurant. Some of the BEST Thai food I've experienced in the area. Wonderful family that runs the place. Everything taste like mom's recipes from Thailand. Please stop by or carry out. This place is a hidden gem. Next to Pier 55 in the strip mall on Toronto road. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

My friend and I ordered the chicken satay appetizer, the green curry, and a duck dish off the menu as recommended by the owner. Everything was delicious. I would say that it is one of my favorite casual Thai restaurants I’ve been! The owner is kind and welcoming. It is obvious that she is dedicated to her craft and her customers. My friend and I enjoyed the food greatly and cannot wait to come back for more food! This is such a welcomed addition to the food scene in Springfield.
